PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

for the provision of visa support services

 

This agreement is an official and public offer by individual entrepreneur Viktoria Vilmoshivna Nad(hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) to enter into an agreement on the terms and conditions set forth below with any individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) who accepts this offer.

 

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

1.1. This agreement is public and regulates the legal relationship between the Contractor and the Customer in the process of providing visa support services.

1.2. Acceptance of the offer (agreement with the terms of the agreement) is carried out by clicking the “I agree with the terms of the offer” button on the Contractor’s website or by paying for the services.

1.3. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment the offer is accepted by the Customer.

 

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT (supplemented)

 

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with a range of visa support services, including:

• consulting on the visa application process, assessment of risks and chances of obtaining a visa;

• provision of a list of documents in accordance with the Customer’s case;

• organization of the services of a certified translator (the cost of translation is from 200 UAH per page, to be agreed separately);

• filling out the application form on the website of the relevant consulate after receiving the necessary application data from the Customer;

• organizing the delivery of the passport for visa affixing (the cost of courier service is 2000 UAH per passport).

 

2.2. Algorithm of cooperation:

• The Contractor sends the Customer a link to fill out the questionnaire, where the necessary documents can be downloaded.

• The Customer pays the agency’s services in the amount of €200 for an adult and €150 for a child under 18 years of age (at the exchange rate on the day of payment).

• The Contractor’s manager fills out the application form on the website of the consulate of the country where the visa is being applied for.

• The Customer pays the consular fee, the amount of which is determined by the consulate of the respective country.

• The Contractor agrees with the Customer on a convenient date for the interview or submission of biometric data.

• A few days before the interview/biometrics, the Contractor provides the Customer with advice and helps them to properly prepare for the procedure.

• After receiving a positive response regarding the visa, the Contractor advises the Customer on the process of affixing the visa to the passport.

• In case of refusal to issue a visa, the Contractor provides full consultation on further actions.

 

2.3. Payment for services is made to the following details:

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

 

3.1. The Contractor undertakes to:

• Provide services of appropriate quality in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

• Ensure the confidentiality of the Customer’s data in accordance with applicable law.

 

3.2. The Contractor has the right to:

• Refuse to provide services if the Customer fails to provide the necessary documents.

• Unilaterally change the terms of this agreement with prior publication of the changes on the website.

 

3.3. The Customer undertakes to:

• Provide reliable information and documents for the performance of services.

• Pay the cost of services to the specified accounts in a timely manner.

 

3.4. The Customer has the right to:

• Receive the services specified in clause 2.1 after full payment of the cost of services.

 

4. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

 

4.1. The Contractor shall not be liable for the refusal to issue a visa by the competent authorities.

4.2. The Contractor shall not be liable for the actions of third parties, such as courier services or consulates.

 

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

 

5.1. All information provided by the Customer shall be used by the Contractor exclusively for the provision of services under this agreement.

5.2. The Contractor undertakes not to transfer the Customer’s data to third parties without the Customer’s consent, except in cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

 

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

 

6.1. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute through negotiations, the parties may refer the matter to court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

 

7. OTHER TERMS

 

7.1. This offer is public and may be changed by the Contractor at any time. Changes shall take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

7.2. The Customer is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the current version of the contract.
